Medicom - Darth Vader (Eps 3)

Finally got my most favourite classic character in the Star Wars series "Darth Vader". This is one of the best piece that Medicom had produced. The headsculpt and its costume are highly detailed and painted. Lots of poseable hands for collectors to change when necessary. The mask is also removable from the headsculpt. Overall, I give it 4/5 in total. You may visit Shaun's blog to see more pictures for Darth Vader.

Has your medicom vader's suit started "peeling"? The power of the dark side is disintegrating my vader's suit...

Not yet as I just bought it last year. Of coarse, I hope the suit will not start peeling in the future. For your case, you may use "Kiwi" to polish the surface of the suit regularly. I think it may be due to dry weather.

mine is peeling on the arms.. i bought mine a year ago. is there a place I can get a replacement suit or a custom made one?

Jaypman - Sad to hear that. For Medicom stuff, I think it's hard to get a replacement suit. Also, you may need to pay certain sum of money for custom made outfits even there are professionals out there. To me, I don't think it's worth spending more on these common occurences for leather suits. Just try maintaining it by using KIWI for polishing on the surface. Haiz! Couldn't help you on this..

Any idea if the ROJ version suit will fit the ROTS body? I just recently found a ROJ suit on ebay for sale.

Jaypman - I think you may buy that as both suits are the same (as long as produced by Medicom). You can also ask the seller since he is selling the stuff. For your info, the square-shaped equipment which attached in front of the chest for ROTS or ROJ is different. Similar to its belt. So, you may consider this as well.
