This is one of the wrestling figures released from Jakks Pacific for Collector Series 21. Tazz is a former ECW superstar who won lots of titles such as ECW Champion, ECW Tag Team Champion and Hardcore Champion, etc. He is currently the SmackDown commentator with JR in every Friday night.

He is quite a HARDCORE wrestler with ECW but became a class B wrestler with WWE. Now, he is kind of out of size and taken a backseat as commentator nowadays.
I guess there are a lot of popular superstars in WWE. So, it's not easy to move up anyway..
