My visit to Shaun's house on 18 Sep 2009
I was excited when I first stepped in Shaun's toy room with great variety of collectables. Besides 12inch figures, he has a lot of Transformers too..
Shaun is a fan of some military figures, wrestling and Dragonball action figures. His Hot Toys Batmobil caught my attention and taking pictures of this huge vehicle is a must for my visit :p
By looking at this section of the display shelves, I am sure Shaun is a die hard fan of DC and Marvel heroes. I like this section as the varieties of action figures create "colourful images" to the glass cabinets. It's really nice!!
All the 12inch figures above especially the Star Wars series are my all time favourite as I am a Star Wars fan too :)
See the colour combination of the curtain, is it similar to the Superman's cape??
Wow! Shaun has a lot of western comic books and the Hasbro "Millennium Falcon" is very huge too.
In summary, this is a very good experience for me to visit a truly toy collector's house. Thanks to Shaun for the invitation and sharing. Really enjoyed the chit-chat session during my visit there :P

Great to talk to u Des, thanks for dropping by. Hey ur camera took really cool pix. U used flash right?
Yes Shaun, I used flash. I also adjusted the brightness of the pictures using simple tool "Photohands". Otherwise, some parts of the pictures are darker.
Des, great pictorial coverage of Shaun's pad! Truly a great toy room with diverse choice of action-figures!
>>>Shaun, I like the fact that you keep/stack the boxes in such a way that they become 'collectible-items' on their own! Would love to visit your place should I have the chance to go 'down under' in the neat future! :)
Thanks Rebel. It's good to visit other toy collectors' house as these give me a lot of creative ideas and inspiration when setting up my own display cabinets in the near future..
@Des: Thanks for clarifying, just thought you couldn't get good pix in my room at night.
@Rebel: Thanks, though it's more of a space constraint issue that resulted in the stacking of the boxes. You're always welcome, though I live in what can be considered the suburbs in Singapore.
No worry Shaun! I really had fun to take pictures at your toy room. Look forward to have another visit in the future :P
Bro, now you are packed with ideas as to how to display your collection for your future home. Ha! Ha! Great to hear that!
Yes, Dennis. Really looking forward to have my own toy room in the future. So, when do I have a chance to visit your place?
if we were not constrained by space, each of us would have had a mini toy museum at home, lol
Shin, may be can try our living room, more space..Haha!!
super cool collection shaun! I'm getting my Batmobile tomorrow! can't wait...
Yes Saruman, Shaun has a nice toy room with great variety of his collection. Congrats bro for your collection of Hot Toys batmobile :P
