Yes Jason, the head of TAKARA version devastator is much better as TAKARA painted reddish orange colour on some parts of the head. These make the whole sculpt more closer to the screen :P
If only the Legends version has a red painted face for Legends Devastator too. That would be great! :D
Juliana, I guess the reason is Hasbro doesn't want to spend so much time on smaller scale figures..Difficult to paint on small parts and overhead may increase too :P

Yeah, I hate to be rude but, when you remove it, it looks ugly that way, NO OFFENSE.
Overall it's incomplete and definitely looks awful..
