Hot Toys "Black Widow" in The Avengers Pt.2

A lot of collectors complain about the size of the boobs as they are small when comparing the first release. To me, getting the right proportion is important.

This head sculpt has great resemblance to the actress as compared to the previous one. As usual, fantastic paint work done for the eyes, eyebrows and lips. They look very real.

Although her rooted hair looks natural, I couldn't style her hair to what I want. For such hair style, I prefer sculpted hair. As for the outfit, the zipper and belts are well produced to 1/6 scale.

The handguns fit very well in the holsters on her thighs. The handguns also have spring loaded mechanisms which allow you to rack the slides to the rear.

Great tailoring for the body suit and it fits perfectly to the figure. The eagle symbol is printed on both sleeves of the body suit.

Surprisingly, the tight body suit doesn't restrict the articulation at all. It's definitely a very plus point for this figure.

Try posing Black Widow holding her handguns with style :P

The alien rifle with blade is one of the weapons come with Black Widow and it has some weathering there.

Similar to previous release, the platform boots are part of the combat outfit for Black Widow.

The left above are extra pair of gloved fists and stinger bracelets with real like Taser effect.

The figure's skin tone is realistic and it matches every parts of the body.

The discs are the smallest accessories and there is a specific hand for holding it. Anyway, I am pleased to own this figure and she is an essential member to complete my Hot Toys Avengers series. You may click here to see the design of the packaging.

Hot Toys "Thor" in The Avengers Pt.2

The head sculpt is pretty good as it captures the likeness of Chris Hemsworth as Thor in the film.

I love the iconic design of Thor's body armour and the boots have some details in the front.

Besides amazing paint job on the face, the hair sculpt looks convincing as well.

The red cape is beautifully sewn and it flows naturally.

The metal mjolnir is well replicated with patterned holder and leather-like strap at the end.

Although the body armour restricts the chest and waist, I am fine to display the figure in basic poses.

No loose joints for the figure as it's always the plus point of Hot Toys products.

Another restriction is you cannot pose Thor lifting his mjolnir to the sky. This is due to the tight silver patterned garment he wears.

Luckily, the lower part of the outfit does not restrict the legs' movement :)

The Tesseract cannot be removed from the container. Overall, this is an awesome figure and I highly recommend to pick it up. You may see the packaging here.
