As most of the toy shops run out of stock for "Hot Toys Truetype 38" figure, I went to Yellow Box at Beach Road to try my luck yesterday. Damn lucky as there were two more pieces left in the shop. So, bought one for my future kitbash.

Congrats to getting this high demand toy. Now that you mention, I ever came across a toy shop selling mainly 12" @ Beach Road.
Thanks bro..There are two shops at Beach road. One at Shaw Tower and another one at Golden Mile Tower. I bought this at Golden Mile Tower.
