I got a strong impression of Agent Phil being big fan of Captain America and his death motivating the Avengers! Even heroes need a little push...

I'm waiting to see how Marvel Studios will explain his 'death' in the Avengers movie...coz the series is taking place AFTER the movie...right? I cld be wrong though..
