Similar to Nick's packaging, it's a simple designed slipcase with box to hold the contents within.
I have no doubt the head sculpt likeness is Jeremy Renner as Clint Barton/Hawkeye in The Avengers (2012 film).
The second tray holds the fully opened bow and arrows with arrowheads of different styles. I will do a review of this figure as soon as I can (Next review here).

Even though I think Hawkeye in the live action movie ain't very awesome in terms of costume design, I guess having him to complete 'The Avengers' would be a cool idea.
