My new banner to start for 2020...

Leon from Open The Toy helped me to create the above banner I have been using for more than a decade.

So, I decided to create a banner to start my new year of blogging. Hopefully, everyone likes it.

Hasbro "Supreme Leader Kylo Ren" The Black Series Pt.2

This is the broken helmet which Kylo Ren wore in Star Wars: Episode 9 - The Rise of Skywalker. It looks awesome after all.

The hooded cape is made of soft plastic and it's molded in two separate pieces. You can remove them from the figure if you want.

You can swap the hood to cowl based on your personal preference on Kylo Ren's outfit.

As usual, the crossguard lightsaber can be attached on Kylo Ren's belt when not in use.

Looking at the broken helmet, the overall sculpture is good but the paint job is bad. The silver lines are misaligned.

I love the red translucent laser blade of Kylo Ren's lightsaber. His lightsaber looks "fierce" to me.

Besides rotation of the head, you can only move the head to look down.

Luckily, both arms are able to hold the lightsaber. Kylo Ren also has waist articulation.

The right above is to imitate Kylo Ren's gesture of choking his opponent in the air.

You can't get lots of great poses from the figure due to the design of his outfit especially the leg articulation.

In the final episode of Star Wars film, Kylo Ren used a reverse grip with his lightsaber to fight with Ren. I liked his style in that scene and here it is...

As the figure has fairly tight joints, it can stand properly. I have posed the figure and Sith Trooper figures standing side by side. They look cool on shelf. You may click here to see its box package.

Hasbro "Heavy Infantry Mandalorian" The Black Series

As I like the main character in "The Mandalorian" TV series, I picked up this figure last week. I will get the Mandalorian action figure soon. My part 2 review is posted here.

Hasbro "Sith Trooper" The Black Series Pt.2

This is a 6 inch action figure which has many details on the helmet and body armor.

You can attach the blaster to the right side of its upper thigh like so.

The figure looks very "plastic" as no weathering is done on the surface of the armor.

I love the color scheme of the Sith Trooper as red and black are my all time favorite colors.

For upper body articulation, it has butterfly joints at both shoulders, a mid torso joint and single jointed elbows.

The figure also has double jointed knees which allows for their maximum range of motion.

As for the head articulation, it can only rotate but cannot look up or down.

Comparing the short blaster, I prefer the design and look of the long blaster.

As the figure has tight joints, it can stand on its own feet and hold a lot of great basic poses.

All weapons fit in the hands of the Sith Trooper figure.

Overall, I am very pleased to own two Sith Trooper figures so that I can display them with Kylo Ren figure. You may see its box package here.
