It's obvious that the figure resembles Hong Kong police inspector Ma Kwun 馬軍 (played by Donnie Yen) in Sha Po Lang 殺破狼.
I love the figure as it comes with two heads. Both heads resemble Donnie Yen very well. The accessories are few pairs of hands, a police identity card, an expandable baton, a revolver and the handcuffs.

Jako, Donnie Yen is a famous Hong Kong movie action actor cum director. He also played a role as Snowman in Blade II.
One look can tell it's Doony Yen. That's an achievement Simplz Toys. I'm seeing a lot of good third party 12" recently.
I agree with you Dennis..it means we have lots of choices to get more great figures with reasonable pricing..Ht is just too expensive..
