It's obviously an unofficial diorama set released by Yume Box. The model replicates Fujiwara Tofu Shop in the popular Japanese anime "Initial D". I will assemble the model and take pictures of it as soon as I can :)

Looks like the parts are pre-paint and only requires assembling. Very interesting product and makes good diorama.
Did you get this from a car toy shop called "Let's play" ?

becareful some slots on the bottom plate are too tight you may need to scrap or sand it off to fit the walls properly .
the stickers also require cutting out with hobby knife all the best.
also don't forget the curtains which are printed on the manual paper you need to cut out and use tape to tape on wall you can also use the sticker surplus.
LED needs x2 2032 and you need to slot it in before installing 1 of the wall. the leafs on the trees do fall out. and becareful with the door hinge.
