K-20: Legend of the Mask



The story is about a circus acrobat, Heikichi (played by Takeshi Kaneshiro) being framed by K-20. Heikichi was mistaken as K-20 and caught by police detective “Akechi”, and later escaped by the help of a group of thieves. Thence, Heikichi has to catch K-20 to prove his innocence. Meanwhile, Heikichi accidentally rescued Yoko, the fiancé of Akechi and he also found out K-20 is actually the one who…If you want to know the story, go to watch the movie. Quite nice!! I saw this movie over the weekend. Quite good, though the front part before he started training as a thief was a bit too draggy for a super hero movie.

If you stay till after the end credits, there's an ad for the K-20Be@rbricks toys. I saw them for sale on ebay and at CSC yesterday (SGD 29.00 for 2 figures in a box) :)

The poster look very vintage. The movie trying to do the old cinema effect?

Yes Juliana, the movie is quite good. I saw the bearbricks toys too. Toyntoys is also selling the Medicom 12inch figure. But, not intend to buy that..

Not at all. The story was happened before World War 2. May be these are just additional promotional posters but not officially released for cinemas to put on their advertisement boards.
