Though the figure has no likeness to Mickie James, the overall appearance looks good to me.
The paint work on the face is nice. Great texturing work on the hair and it is finely sculpted too.
The rotation of the head is very limited due to the loose hair hanging in front of the shoulders. The rest of the body joints work well that also allow you to get some basic poses.
Mickie is a five-time WWE Women’s Champion. She also won her first Divas Championship at Night of Champions last year. Unfortunately, Mickie was released from WWE in April this year. For other figures under this series, you may view Chris Jericho here and Shelton Benjamin here.

Didn't know Mickie James but watched some matches of her while reading her post. You are right about the not quite kindness to face but good thing the attire is right!
